Overall

What is the format required for Embroidery?

For any embroidery service the file types are important as that’s the format that is used on all embroidery machines. The file format is ‘.DST‘. This type of service is also called Digitisation.

I have just had a designer make me a Logo, can you apply this to any clothing on the website?

Short answer is yes. If you want in printed on the garment using vinyl then yes, sure we can do that. If you want it emboridered then the image will need to be converted to the correct format.

Can I return an item that has been printed or embroidered?

Unfortunately not as it is personalised. If the item is faulty however, please let us know so we can agree on a solution. As we ask for approval on print/embroidery before work commences if the item is incorrect then let us know so we can sort a solution.

How do I provide you my most recent Logo or Team Badge

We make this easy for you to update and store your most recently upto date Logo of Team Badge. On the ‘Edit My Profile’ page within your Account Portal you can upload this when you need to. So we both know which will be used on your embellishment order.

I have our Club Logo to send for the embroidery and/or printing. What format is required? 

Please send a DST file for embroidery. For print please send a JPEG, eps, pdf. For the first time we will then send you a picture of the MockUp/sample for you to approve before we begin any work.

I have a Community page but I dont have an account, what do I do?

If you have a live community page, you can manage this via your account portal.

If you dont have an account please let us know via the Contact Us, and on completion you will receive £5 into your wallet to use on any future order with us.

What is the Account Portal used for?

This lets you manage your own overall account with ease. What ‘Orders’ you’ve made (and easily make re-orders of the same items). Access to your ‘Wallet’ which hold many benefits. Even gain access to the ‘Referral’ scheme which we offer to our customers. And so much more read following Q&A for further info.

What is the Referral Scheme about?

This is for customer only, where we you can Send A Friend a email which they will receive a £5 discount off their first order with us, and in return for that referral, you will also recieve £5 sent to your wallet.

Get your JPG/PNG image converted to the correct file format

 If you need to convert your file/image, we can provide this for you just upload your jpg/png file and we convert this into stitch format (AKA .DST). Place an order with the uploaded image file, then once complete, you can will then have the file format type to use with any Embroidery service.
