General
Where any items have been printed or embroidered it is strongly advised that you care for them by following these guidelines for the best results;
Printed Items
- Wash inside out on a 300C degrees. Do not wash on a higher temperature as this will cause the print to melt
- Avoid folding the garment where printed as this can crease the print and damage it
- Do not tumble dry any printed garments as this could damage the print
- Do not iron directly onto any printed areas as this can melt the print. If you need to iron the garment turn the item inside out and iron the reverse side
- Do not use bleach on any garment or print
- Do not use a fabric conditioner
- PRINTED RAIN JACKETS AND OTHER WATERPROOF GARMENTS
- Hand wash garment at a cold temperature inside out
- Avoid folding the garment where printed as this can crease the print and damage it
- Do not tumble dry
- Do not iron directly onto any printed areas as this can melt the print. If you need to iron the garment turn the item inside out and iron the reverse side
- Do not bleach
Embroidered Items
- Wash on a cool wash to avoid the threads losing colour
- Avoid ironing the embroidered area if possible. If ironing is required then iron on the inside of th garment
- If garment has been embroidered and printed please follow both guidelines for the embroidery and printing as stated above
Garments can become discoloured by mud, grass, petroleum jelly which may not be removed by a cool wash. This can be avoided by soaking the kit as soon as possible in warm (not hot) soapy water. If the above washing instructions are not adhered to then Embroidery and Print will not be liable for any responsibility.

What is ‘My Wallet’ used for?
This is used as store credit. You can either deposit funds yourself or be gifted funds to your account.
On the Checkout page you can apply as much of the credit you would like to use for that order.
Just send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will endeavour to get it added. Make sure you leave your email address so we can advise when it is available to purchase.
Order Info
Yes, each stage you will recieve an email, letting you know what status your order is in. That way you can prepare.
Yes, once you’ve complted Checkout with your order you can navigate to ‘My Orders’ to view your order status. Once payment has been received, your order status will follow;
Will I know what stage my order is currently in?
It will show ‘Processing‘ ()
Then the next stage is ‘Working On Your Order‘ (this means we are now working on your garments)
Then next is the delivery stage ‘Your Order is Completed‘. ()
Then after 24hours has passed your order will be marked as ‘Completed’
Save the ‘faf’ of adding the same items again. View the order you want to repeat and click ‘Re-Order’ that will add the same order details to your basket for you to process through Checkout. A new order number will be made and will appear in ‘My Orders’
Where are my downloadable items located
Any downloadable items are found within your Account Portal on the ‘My Downloads’ page. You are able to download and keep for own records. Mainly ‘Convert to Stitch’ are purchasable items which are downloadable items on our website.
Can I print or save each order details?
Yes, on each order you can download a printable PDF copy for your records.
Yes provided it hasn’t been printed or embroidered. Once it has been printed or embroidered then the item will not be able to be amended. You would still need to pay for the garment which would be delivered to yourself.
Manage Account & Profile
Within the Account Portal go to ‘Edit My Profile’ page to upload your recent Business Logo or Team Badge. This let you manage your own profile keeping your embellishments upto date, without the back and forth email updates.

Business Name:
Business Logo: Picture size (500px x 500px), File format (JPG, PNG, PDF)
Business Sponsors (1,2 or 3 uploads): File format (JPG, PNG, PDF)
Sports Clubs

Can I add sponsors to my clothing?
Yes, on the product page if you choose to add sponsors to your clothing items then you can upload your sponsor image within your Account Portal on the ‘Edit My Profile’ page.
How do I provide you my most recent Logo or Team Badge
We make this easy for you to update and store your most recently upto date Logo of Team Badge. On the ‘Edit My Profile’ page within your Account Portal you can upload this when you need to. So we both know which will be used on your embellishment order.
Delivery & Returns
Unfortunately not as it is personalised. If the item is faulty however, please let us know so we can agree on a solution. As we ask for approval on print/embroidery before work commences if the item is incorrect then let us know so we can sort a solution.
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
During Checkout progress, we will deliver to the address provided
Payment Methods & Refunds
We can take Apple Pay or Google Pay. You can also pay via card as normal if you dont have either of those setup.
