Based In Telford, Embroidery and Print Ltd is a family run business and offer the personal touch.
We acquired the business back in January 2022 and have worked with a number of different professions to provide their customised garments. We show our appreciation to our new customer and recurring customers. We have had the pleasure of working with so many different businesses and niche fields, it’s truly been amazing. So as a business ourselves we want to carry on with that by doing what we can to help others.

Being a broad category we have worked with a variety of trades such as plumbers, electricians, painters/decorators, roofers, property maintenance and roofers to name a few, who have all enjoyed branded clothing to promote their trade. We’ve worked with many catering businesses too, providing aprons and overcoats, restaurants providing smart shirts for front of house staff, dog walkers for thick waterproof winter coats and also estate agents for smart and stylish uniform.

We’ve provided a mass of grassroots football teams with complete kits customised to include both embroidered/print club badges printed player names, squad initials, squad numbers and company sponsors. And to accompany their kit we’ve provided such as training tops and rain jackets again complete with Club details.

We like to show off your clothing once it’s completed and if you agree, you can create your own page to display details about yourself and also what we completed for you. Recieve £5 to use when you like – No time limit.
Refer A Friend Scheme
Give £5 and Recieve £5 for each referral you give out. Once your are customer you can take advantage of our referral scheme to earn discounts for yourself. It’s a Win Win for both of you!

Yes, on the product page if you choose to add sponsors to your clothing items then you can upload your sponsor image within your Account Portal on the ‘Edit My Profile’ page.
This lets you manage your own overall account with ease. What ‘Orders’ you’ve made (and easily make re-orders of the same items). Access to your ‘Wallet’ which hold many benefits. Even gain access to the ‘Referral’ scheme which we offer to our customers. And so much more read following Q&A for further info.
This is for customer only, where we you can Send A Friend a email which they will receive a £5 discount off their first order with us, and in return for that referral, you will also recieve £5 sent to your wallet.
Just send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will endeavour to get it added. Make sure you leave your email address so we can advise when it is available to purchase.
Account Portal
Within the Account Portal go to ‘Edit My Profile’ page to upload your recent Business Logo or Team Badge. This let you manage your own profile keeping your embellishments upto date, without the back and forth email updates.

Sports Clubs

This is used as store credit. You can either deposit funds yourself or be gifted funds to your account.
On the Checkout page you can apply as much of the credit you would like to use for that order.
Orders
Yes, this has been made easy for you.
Save the ‘faf’ of adding the same items again. View the order you want to repeat and click ‘Re-Order’ that will add the same order details to your basket for you to process through Checkout. A new order number will be made and will appear in ‘My Orders’
Yes, each stage you will recieve an email, letting you know what status your order is in. That way you can prepare.
Yes, once you’ve complted Checkout with your order you can navigate to ‘My Orders’ to view your order status. Once payment has been received, your order status will follow;
It will show ‘Processing‘ ()
Then the next stage is ‘Working On Your Order‘ (this means we are now working on your garments)
Then next is the delivery stage ‘Your Order is Completed‘. ()
Then after 24hours has passed your order will be marked as ‘Completed’
Yes provided it hasn’t been printed or embroidered. Once it has been printed or embroidered then the item will not be able to be amended. You would still need to pay for the garment which would be delivered to yourself.
Delivery & Returns
Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.
During Checkout progress, we will deliver to the address provided
