Terms and Conditions

Embroidery and Print Ltd will order your items once we receive your order from our website. Once you place an order you should receive a confirmation email to advise we have received your order.

Once we have all your items we will send you another email to advise when your order has been scheduled in to be completed. If your order is required for a specific date then please send us an email so we can try and rearrange our schedule of works to accommodate your required date.

If your order requires personalisation then this will be delivered within 10-14 days from when I receive the items from the appropriate supplier and the payment has cleared in the account (usually 3 days from order).

If you haven’t ordered from Embroidery and Print Ltd before we may not have your logo on our file. If this is the case then a £20 fee will be charged to get the logo digitised. If more than 25 items are ordered then this fee will be waivered. The digitisation of your logo will usually be 5 business days from when we receive your order. An image of the logo embroidered will be sent via email for your approval before any work is carried out on the order. If you wish to check if your logo is on our files please email Contact@EmbroideryAndPrint.uk. If after approval has been sent there is a problem if work has been started then unfortunately there cannot be any refunds sent.

All orders must be within the UK only.

Orders placed outside of the Loyalty Scheme will be embroidered or printed according to the form completed at the time of ordering. Orders placed from the Club loyalty pages will be embroidered/printed with that Club logo on.

All items advertised on the website are subject to availability. Any orders placed that are not currently in stock will be advised via email to check what action is to be taken. Images are for advertising purposes only and goods supplied may vary in colour.

Please check our size guide before ordering as some brands may differ from other brands.

Prices and availability are correct at time of entering onto website and will be checked periodically to ensure as accuracy as possible. All prices are in GBP Sterling only and are inclusive of VAT.

If you wish to add any further information regarding the order eg on the embroidery or printing , player numbers on certain sizes etc please use the Contact Us page to advise. Once you receive the confirmation of your personalisation email it is your responsibility to ensure it is correct as mistakes cannot be rectified and will not be available for credit. All information such as logos, sponsors, wording, images are to be sent in JPEG, ai, svg, png formats.

If you wish to cancel your order this must be made before any work has begun on your order. Any work started will not be available to be cancelled, refunded or credited. If your item is faulty please advise via email to Contact@EmbroideryAndPrint.uk and we will advise on any action to be taken. If you find an error that has been made by Embroidery and Print Ltd please notify us straight away via email Contact@EmbroideryAndPrint.uk to discuss a cause of action to rectify.

All Payments are made through the website to a third party (HSBC) and no card details are held on file or this website.
