Complete the Sportswear Embellishment Form
You will receive a “thank you for your order” email and a request to send a JPEG, ai or PNG of any Sponsor required, together
with any additional information such as what “Rear Player” numbers go on what size jersey together with any initials with which number.
Arrangements for the receipt of your items will be agreed once you are happy for Embroidery and Print Ltd to commence work.
You will then receive an email with a sample of what your embroidery (if newly digitised) and what your print will look like which
will need to be approved before any embroidery and/or print is carried out.
