General

Q: What if the item I am looking for is not listed on the website?  
A: Just send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will endeavour to get it added. Make sure you leave your email address so we can advise when it is available to purchase.

Q: Can I return an item that has been printed or embroidered? 
A: Unfortunately not as it is personalised. If the item is faulty however, please let us know so we can agree on a solution. As we ask for approval on print/embroidery before work commences if the item is incorrect then let us know so we can sort a solution.

Q: I have our Club Logo to send for the embroidery and/or printing. What format is required? 
A: Please send a DST file for embroidery. For print please send a JPEG, eps, pdf. For the first time we will then send you a picture of the MockUp/sample for you to approve before we begin any work. 

Q: I have just had a designer make me a Logo, can you apply this to any clothing on the website?
A: If the file/image is a .DST format, then yes, sure. If not you would need to get this converted (AKA Digitised).

Q: What is the format required for Embroidery
A: For any embroidery service the file types are important as that’s the format that is used on all embroidery machines. You dont have to use our service but every embroidery service does require this format to proceed with embroidering

Q: How do I get my JPG/PNG image converted to the correct file format?
A: If you need to convert your file/image, we can provide this for you just upload your jpg/png file and we convert this into stitch format (AKA .DST). Once your order is complete, you can then download an keep a copy for yourself.

Order Edits

Q: Can I change my order? 
A: Yes provided it hasn’t been printed or embroidered. Once it has been printed or embroidered then the item will not be able to be amended. You would still need to pay for the garment which would be shipped to yourself. 

Q: Will I know what stage my order is current in?
A: Yes, once you made your order and payment has been received, your order status will 1st go into ‘Processing‘ then the next stage is ‘Items In Process‘ (working on your garments).
Then next is the delivery stage ‘Complete Ready For Delivery‘.
Then after 24hours has passed your order will be marked ‘Completed

Q: Will I be notified for the status of my order?
A: Yes, each stage you will recieve an email, letting you know what status your order is in. That way you can prepare.

Q: What is the Account Portal used for?
A: This lets you manage your own overall account with ease. What ‘Orders’ you’ve made (and easily make re-orders of the same items). Access to your ‘Wallet’ which hold many benefits. Even gain access to the ‘Referral’ scheme which we offer to our customers. And so much more read following Q&A for further info.

Edit My Profile

Q: Can I upload my sponsor
A: Yes, within Account Portal you can edit your profile to upload your recent sponsors to keep your embellishments upto date

My Wallet

Q: What is ‘My Wallet’ used for?
A: This is used as store credit. You can either deposit funds yourself or be gifted funds to your account.

Q: How do I get a wallet?
A: This is set up automatically once you sign in to your account, you will recieve an email to confirm this.

Q: Am I able to get refunds on deposits made to ‘My Wallet’
A: Yes, of course this is requested on the ‘My Wallet’ page

My Referrals

Q: What is ‘My Referrals’ used for?
A: This is for customer only, where we you can Send A Friend a email which they will receive 5% discount off their first order with us, and in return you will also recieve 5% sent to you.

My Orders

Q: Can I view my orders?
A: Yes, on this page you can view all orders you have made.

Q: Can I print or save each order?
A: Yes, on each order you can download a printable PDF copy for your records.

Q: I want to copy a previous order?
A: Save the ‘faf’ of adding the same items again. View the order you want to repeat and click ‘Re-Order’ that will add the same order details to your basket for you to process through Checkout. A new order number will be made and will appear in ‘My Orders’

My Downloads

Q: Where are my downloadble items
A: Any downloadable items are on this page ‘My Downloads’. Where you can download and keep for own records. Mainly ‘Convert to Stitch’ are downloadable on our website.

Erase My Account Data

Q: Can I request deletion of my account
A: 100%, yes you can, you can fill out the form and then we will send you a final email with the details we have deleted. Do take backup of any orders, or downloads you may have first. We take data very serious please view our Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy
