Q: What if the item I am looking for is not listed on the website?
A: Just send us a request via the Contact Us page and we will endeavour to get it added. Make sure you leave your email address so we can advise when it is available to purchase.
Q: Can I return an item that has been printed or embroidered?
A: Unfortunately not as it is personalised. If the item is faulty however, please let us know so we can agree on a solution. As we ask for approval on print/embroidery before work commences if the item is incorrect then let us know so we can sort a solution.
Q: I have our Club Logo to send for the embroidery and/or printing. What format is required?
A: Please send a DST file for embroidery. For print please send a JPEG, eps, pdf. For the first time we will then send you a picture of the mock up/sample for you to approve before we begin any work.
If you require embroidery and don’t have a DST file we would require a JPEG file. There would be an additional charge of £20.00 per logo as a one off fee.
Q: Can I change my order?
A: Yes provided it hasn’t been printed or embroidered. Once it has been printed or embroidered then the item will not be able to be amended. You would still need to pay for the garment which would be shipped to yourself.

CARING FOR YOUR GARMENTS
Where any items have been printed or embroidered it is strongly advised that you care for them by following these guidelines for the best results;

- Avoid folding the garment where printed as this can crease the print and damage it
